I completed my Occupational Therapy degree at Stellenbosch in 2008 and studied further in Addiction Care at UCT in 2013.
I work strongly from out of the motivational approach and enjoy integrating Dialectical Behavioural Therapy techniques into addictions counselling.
I love the outdoors and creating quilts from scrap pieces of material.
I manage the Dual Diagnosis programme at Akeso Kenilworth which also runs an outpatient Relapse Prevention group on Fridays.
